How safe is my data? What happens if you get hacked?

We take this seriously. We use httpOnly cookies — session tokens can't be stolen via XSS. Refresh tokens are revocable on the server side: even if a cookie leaks, we can sign the user out immediately. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost 10). The login page has brute-force protection (5 attempts per minute). On the server, fail2ban guards SSH.

Backups run daily to the VPS disk, plus a copy goes to Cloudflare R2 (separate physical location). Once a week we take a full server snapshot. Backup restores are tested automatically.

The architecture is straightforward: ID-First, single source of truth, optimistic locking. No parallel storages that love to drift apart.

Where is my data hosted?

Frankfurt, Germany — on Hostinger infrastructure. Fully EU GDPR-compliant. If you work with EU citizens, we sign a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) on request.

Need data in a specific region (US, APAC)? Talk to us about the Enterprise plan — we can spin up a dedicated instance in your region.

Which currencies are supported? Can I use crypto?

USD, EUR, RUB, USDT (yes, that's crypto — Tether) and ARS (Argentine peso). Rates pull from central-bank APIs and crypto sources every day, but you can always override any rate manually — for example, locking it in at booking time so a swing doesn't burn the client.

Need another currency (BRL, CLP, CNY)? Let us know — we'll add it within the next sprint.

How do I migrate from HubSpot, Zoho or Pipedrive?

For now, it's a CSV export-import flow — manual but straightforward. HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive all export contacts and deals as CSV; we import clients and suppliers from CSV. Quotes need a fresh start anyway: those CRMs don't really have quotes the way we do (we're heavily focused on the quote-building side).

If you have hundreds of deals and want automated migration — we'll handle it under the Enterprise plan. We'll write the migration script and roll it into onboarding.

Are you GDPR-compliant?

Yes. Servers are in Frankfurt (Hostinger Germany). For EU clients we sign a DPA. The right to erasure works fully: a client DELETE physically wipes their data from the database and the audit log.

See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of how we process data.

What's your SLA? What if the service goes down?

On Free / Solo / Pro / Business there's no formal SLA — that's standard for SaaS at this price point. Real uptime over the past six months is 99.8%. Outages are tracked by UptimeRobot and we usually recover within 15 minutes.

Enterprise comes with a 99.9% SLA backed by financial credits if breached. There's also a self-hosted option: install on your own server, and uptime depends only on you.

How do you compare to Bókun or Tourwriter?

The big difference: Bókun takes a cut of every booking you make (2.9–4.5%). Sounds small, but at $200K annual volume that's around $5,800 a year. We charge a flat $19–149 a month — your volume grows, our price doesn't.

Tourwriter is pricier ($99+ per user) and charges $1,500+ for onboarding. We don't charge for onboarding at all.

Feature-wise: Bókun is stronger on the resale marketplace side (we don't do that), we're stronger on multi-currency (USDT, ARS in the mix) and on quote-building depth. Pick the one that matches your workflow.

What if I outgrow my plan? Are limits hard?

Limits are soft. If you exceed 20 quotes on Free, you can't create new ones for the rest of the month — but everything that already exists keeps working. No data lockouts, no "pay or lose everything" surprises.

Upgrades are instant. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing cycle. Downgrades work too — going from Pro back to Solo refunds the unused portion.

How do I cancel? Can I export my data?

One-click cancel from settings. Access stays active until the end of your billing period, then the account goes read-only for 30 days — plenty of time to export everything you need. After 30 days data is removed per our retention policy.

Before canceling, export everything to JSON or CSV: clients, suppliers, quotes, audit log. Vendor lock-in isn't our style.

Is there a free trial on paid plans?

The Free plan isn't a trial — it's a separate, permanent free tier. You can test the product on it as long as you want. When you hit the limits (20 quotes / 1 user / 1 currency), you upgrade to Solo or Pro.

Want to road-test the full Pro plan before buying? Drop us a line — we'll set you up with 14 days free.

What's included in the Free plan, and where's the ceiling?

Free plan: 1 user, up to 20 quotes per month, basic pipeline (4 statuses: draft → sent → paid → closed), one currency of your choice. Tour cards and suppliers — unlimited.

Not included: PDF without watermark, all currencies, roles and audit log, SMTP from your own domain. All of that lives on Solo and up.
